Privacy

TasaJusta has no accounts, forms or cookies of its own, and counts visits without identifying anyone. This page explains the little that happens to your data when you visit the site. The Spanish version prevails. Updated October 24, 2026.

What data is handled

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). To deliver each page, Cloudflare receives the IP address and the technical details of the request (browser, page requested, time). They are used only to serve the site, protect it from abuse and find errors, and the logs are deleted within a few days. Cloudflare may set its own short-lived security cookie when it checks whether a visit is automated; it is used for nothing else. Cloudflare acts as processor and transfers this data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.

Preferences in your browser. The site remembers in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) the view mode you chose (tj-mode), the last product you looked at (tj-product) and, if you change it, the light or dark theme (tj-theme). This data never leaves your device and you can delete it in your browser settings.

Visits. Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, to know which pages are used. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you across sites. Each record holds the page, the site that linked to it, the browser and device type, the country and how long the page took to load. It is sent by a small Cloudflare script loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com; Cloudflare handles the data on the same terms as the hosting. Basis: legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the site are useful. If you block that script, the site works the same.

Nothing else. Apart from that security cookie, there are no cookies, pixels or ads, and the fonts and logos are served from the site itself; the only third-party content is Cloudflare’s visit counter. Links to other sites (for example, each bank’s documents) only open if you click them. TasaJusta neither sells nor shares personal data.

Your rights

Under Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and, if you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation, you can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@tasajusta.app; you will get a reply within 15 days at most. You can also complain to Ecuador’s Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales or to the data protection authority of your country.

Children

The site is informational and asks no one for data; the visit counter does not identify people, children included.
